Registration Requirements


Required Documents

Please bring copies of the following documents at the time of registration:

  • Child’s Birth Certificate
  • Child’s Baptism Certificate (if received)
  • Child’s First Holy Communion Certificate (if received)


Sacramental Preparation:

First Reconciliation & First Holy Communion

  • Typically offered to students in 2nd Grade and above with a previous year of faith formation
  • Parents must attend scheduled parent meetings
  • Students must attend all classes and additional preparation sessions


Confirmation

  • Offered to students in 8th Grade and above with recent year of faith formation
  • Classes are held usually on the first Sunday of each month from 1:00pm-4:00pm
  • Youth Group meetings and additional preparation sessions are required
  • Parents and sponsors must attend designated sessions prior to the Confirmation date

Classroom Conduct

We strive to maintain a respectful and engaging learning environment. If a student exhibits disruptive behavior:

  1. The catechist will notify the Faith Formation Director.
  2. If the behavior continues, the Faith Formation Director will inform the parents.
  3. Parents may be asked to pick up their child and attendance requirements may be affected.
